Underneath the agreements

I can not stress this enough. I’m not saying we need to change our entire life, what I’m saying is we need to introduce a new perspective so that we can now CHOOSE which one serves our purpose & which does NOT. The first step is to bring awareness to the “agreements” we’ve unknowingly made about our Selves. 

Humans learn through repetition, the longer you’re in this space of unconsciousness towards these “Agreements” the harder it’ll be to not become what they display, no matter how true or false they may appear. Meditation helps walk us out of this space or peals away the illusion long enough to get a peak at our truth. 

You’ll see that Second by second, minute by minute and day by day, you’ll reveal these “ Agreements” and until we no longer spend our lives in this state of unconsciousness of who we are based on these “Agreements” We will need to exercise this every day until we feel strong enough to stand without this NEED. Most importantly: we are going to make new agreements from a state of consciousness of who we truly are and what we’re capable of. 

Here’s one approach

EXERCISE TITLE: “Underneath The Agreements”: Write a list of the top ten ways you see yourself. Now on another page ask a close friend or someone you trust to write the same list about you and compare the two list. (Most of the time a true friend can see you even when you can’t see yourself). Seeing this list side by side will give you a starting place to see what parts of you are true to you or just others imprinted or agreed upon ideas of you “Agreements You’ve Accepted “. Looking at these lists find the discrepancy and highlight it them, we’ll  come back to it after the next step. 

NEXT STEP: Ask your friend. How they came to these ideas? And truly listen to the answer. 

NEXT STEP: Look at the highlighted discrepancies from above and ask yourself: Why do I feel this way about myself? And again. truly listen to the answer. If you can’t come up with an answer it usually means that you’ve taking on this “agreement or idea” of yourself as your own and New agreements must be made starting today.

The Law of Attraction

I written today with a new understanding of the world we live in. I've been giving some amazing and profound information about the world. We genuiunlley are living in an illusion created by our own thoughts and perception. We receive our thoughts through two main sources. either from our higher understating of life before we came into this life or from those around us that have taking part in our self perception and ulitmeltly our beliefs about the world i.e. partner, guardians teachers etc. as we grow older and become more and socialized we stray further away from the knowledge we came in here with, that we are actually the creators of our own reality and being creators sometimes can
It’s funny sometimes when we think that “reality” or “facts” need defending. Just Like gravity, it doesn’t need your permission to exist and neither should you. Try doing things without the need of others approval, validation or acknowledgment and you’ll start to see a change in your reasoning and purpose for the doing or wanted of ALL things. This is not to say that we don’t like, deserve or want validation or acknowledgement, however doing things with these goals in mind, you’ll never know if you truly desire the actions or things in the first place. EXERCISE: Is It For Me Or Is It For Them?: Before ANY Action or Want/Desire, ask yourself very simply. Is This Thing I Desire or Action I’m about to take, for me or someone else? Listen for the answer without judgement or questioning. After the answer has arrived Then and only then can you consciously decide to move FORWARD or consciously decide NOT. Namaste
